My ultimate goals for physical literacy

This year for physical literacy, I will be using an exercise bicycle. My goals for this are to get more into shape and fit exercise into my everyday life.

A main goal of mine that I’m working at is to live my life as healthily as possible. I have mostly focused on my diet for the past year or so, due to recent illness, and have completely changed my eating habits to be much healthier. I have noticed an immense difference in my mood, health and overall life. Now, I would like to really focus on my physical health by doing more exercise that works well with me and my lifestyle.

I’ve really got into my health recently and I feel very motivated to keep on going and to feel one hundred percent. I am exited to start exercising and really going in depth with my health and body, and I think this will really make a difference in my overall life.

    I am happy that you are getting healthier and feeling happier. I can see it in your face. Keep it up.

    As you noticed a huge difference in your mood with your diet change, you will also notice another huge change in mood when you start exercising regularly. It will take time. Don’t give up. After 2-3 months, you will be feeling really good!

    I appreciate that you are taking responsibility and making effective plans.
