This year for physical literacy, I will be using an exercise bicycle. My goals for this are to get more into shape and fit exercise into my everyday life.
A main goal of mine that I’m working at is to live my life as healthily as possible. I have mostly focused on my diet for the past year or so, due to recent illness, and have completely changed my eating habits to be much healthier. I have noticed an immense difference in my mood, health and overall life. Now, I would like to really focus on my physical health by doing more exercise that works well with me and my lifestyle.
I’ve really got into my health recently and I feel very motivated to keep on going and to feel one hundred percent. I am exited to start exercising and really going in depth with my health and body, and I think this will really make a difference in my overall life.
